calzones!
ham & fresh pineapple calzones
calzones...
pizza dough, divided into thirds
punch down and stretch out
add fillings
(I used fresh pineapple, Boar's Head ham, sauteed, and thinly sliced green pepper)
add cheese (2T ricotta, 2T fontina, slice of mozzerella)
add pinch of italian spices
tuck ends and fold dough over to 'envelope' the fillings
Cook at 375 for 30-35 mins or until browned
serve with a side of warmed pizza sauce
